Macy Worstell is the Marketing Manager & Retail Manager for the Mississippi Mud Monsters — which basically means if it’s creative, colorful, or covered in merch, there’s a good chance Macy’s behind it.

Originally from Surry, Virginia, Macy Worstell grew up in a family where baseball wasn’t just a sport — it was part of the DNA. A proud Ole Miss graduate, she brings a mix of big-league passion and small-town heart to Trustmark Park. She cut her teeth in the baseball world with the Peninsula Pilots, a collegiate wood-bat team where she learned firsthand what minor league hustle looks like. From there, she sharpened her event chops as an intern with Ole Miss Athletics, even working behind the scenes at the 2024 Morgan Wallen concert in Oxford.

Macy’s mission with the Mud Monsters is simple: tell a story that feels personal. She believes every fan should leave the ballpark feeling like they belong here — like this wild little team in Pearl, Mississippi, is their team.

When she’s not dreaming up social media ideas, planning giveaways, or figuring out how to turn just about anything into Mud Monsters merch, Macy is probably talking about her cats. Or more specifically, the cat she wants to have in Pearl — if only her parents would give the okay. (We’re rooting for you, Macy.)
